1. Who we are

2. The service
HeartSketch offers a short online quiz and, after purchase, a digital graphite-style portrait and a written love reading, selected and created based on your quiz answers, delivered by email. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not claim to identify, predict or guarantee any real person, relationship or future event.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and make a purchase.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD on the checkout page before you pay and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices are valid only for the time shown on the page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
5. One-time purchase and optional add-ons
The main purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. After your purchase we may offer optional add-ons (for example express delivery). If you choose to save your payment method during checkout, an add-on is only charged when you actively click to accept it. You will never be charged without your action.
6. Delivery
Standard delivery is by email within 24 hours of purchase. Express delivery (if purchased) is within 3 hours. Please check your spam/promotions folder. If you have not received your order within these times, contact us and we will resend it.
7. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase at support@heartsketch.com with your order email, and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Our products are digital content delivered after purchase. By completing your order you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the content has been delivered. This does not affect our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above.
9. Intellectual property
All portraits, readings, texts and designs remain our property. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to keep, print and share your portrait and reading. You may not resell or use them commercially.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
13. Governing law and disputes
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
