1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your portrait. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

2. What is covered

The guarantee covers your main order and any add-ons you purchased with it (for example express delivery). You can request a refund for the whole order or only for a specific add-on.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at support@heartsketch.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

the email address you used for your order

(optional) your order date or receipt

You do not need to give a reason.

4. When you get your money back

We confirm your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Depending on your bank, the money usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.

5. Order not received

If your portrait has not arrived within the promised delivery time (24 hours, or 3 hours for express delivery), please check your spam/promotions folder and then contact us. We will resend it immediately, or refund you if you prefer.

6. Express delivery not on time

If you paid for express delivery and your order did not arrive within 3 hours, we will refund the express delivery fee on request — requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

7. After 14 days

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not covered by this guarantee, except where required by applicable law.

8. Please contact us first

If something is wrong with your order, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank — we usually resolve issues within one business day, and a direct refund is faster for you.

9. EU/EEA consumers

Our products are digital content delivered after purchase. By ordering, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the content is delivered. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
