2. What data we collect

Quiz answers you give (e.g. preferences, age range, personality questions).

Email address, and name if you provide it.

Order and payment information: products bought, amounts, date, and limited payment details provided by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).

Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate country, device and browser type, pages visited, the ad or link you came from (UTM parameters), and cookie/pixel identifiers.

Messages you send us (e.g. support or refund requests).

3. Why we use it (and legal basis)

To create and deliver your portrait and reading, process payments, refunds and support — performance of a contract.

To send order-related emails (confirmation, delivery, reminders about an unfinished order) — performance of a contract / legitimate interest.

To send tips and offers by email — only if you opted in (consent); you can unsubscribe at any time.

To measure and improve our website and advertising, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and conversion tracking — consent where required by law, otherwise legitimate interest.

To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting records) — legal obligation / legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

Stripe (payments)

Supabase (database and hosting)

Our email delivery provider (transactional and marketing emails)

Meta Platforms (advertising measurement via the Meta pixel)

Hosting/website infrastructure providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. International transfers

Order and invoice records: as long as required by tax/accounting law.

Quiz answers and email for non-buyers: up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@heartsketch.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Our service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
